Cookie Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026Effective October 30, 2026
Overview Terms Privacy Cookies ZeroDay EULA Acceptable use Refunds Security
The short version. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, our fonts are self-hosted and our pages have no third-party embeds. The only cookies you might see on plasmatic.dev are strictly necessary ones that our hosting or content delivery provider may set to protect the site from attacks. That is why there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store, so that it can recognise your browser on later requests. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and device fingerprinting. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.

Cookies are often used to track people across websites, build advertising profiles or measure traffic. Privacy laws such as the EU ePrivacy rules and the UK PECR require consent for these uses. Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for, or to keep it secure, do not need consent.

2. What we don’t use

On plasmatic.dev we do not use:

  • analytics or performance cookies, or any analytics service, whether cookie-based or cookieless;
  • advertising, targeting or retargeting cookies, or tracking pixels;
  • social media buttons, widgets or other third-party embeds such as videos or maps;
  • third-party font or script services: our fonts and scripts are served from our own domain;
  • fingerprinting or any other technique to identify or follow you across sites.

Our own pages do not set cookies, and they do not use local storage or similar technologies to identify or track you.

3. Strictly necessary storage

This table lists every category of cookie and whether it is used on our website.

CategoryUsed?Details
Strictly necessary: securityPossiblyOur hosting or content delivery provider may set a short-lived cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated attacks, for example after a security check or when traffic looks abusive. It is used only to protect the site, not for analytics or advertising, and not to follow you to other sites. Its name and lifetime are set by the provider, and you can see it in your browser’s developer tools if it is present.
Strictly necessary: set by usNoOur pages do not currently set any cookies of their own.
PreferencesNoWe don’t store any settings for you.
Analytics and performanceNoWe don’t measure visits or how you use the site.
Advertising and targetingNoThere are no ads on this site.
Social media and third-party embedsNoWe don’t embed videos, social posts or widgets.

Separately from cookies, our servers and content delivery network keep short-lived logs of requests (IP address, user agent, time and page path) for security. These logs do not involve storing anything on your device; the Privacy Policy explains them and keeps them for up to 30 days.

Our Contact links go to our Discord server. Discord’s own website may use cookies, under its own policy.

4. Checkout and payments

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. When you check out, you may be taken to, or shown, the processor’s payment page. That page is provided by the processor, which may set its own strictly necessary cookies, for example to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. Those cookies are controlled by the processor and described in its own cookie and privacy notices.

5. ZeroDay and signed-in areas

The ZeroDay desktop app does not use browser cookies. What it sends to us is described in the Privacy Policy and the EULA.

If we add a signed-in account area, it will use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and we will list it in the table above before it goes live.

6. How to control cookies

You are always in control of what your browser stores. All major browsers let you:

  • see which cookies are stored and delete some or all of them;
  • block cookies from particular sites, or block all third-party cookies;
  • clear cookies automatically when you close the browser; and
  • browse in a private window, which discards cookies at the end of the session.

Look for “cookies” or “site data” in your browser’s privacy or security settings. Blocking cookies will not stop our website from working, although if our provider uses a security cookie you may occasionally be asked to complete a check again.

Our website also respects Global Privacy Control and similar signals, although because we do no tracking there is nothing for them to switch off.

7. Consent and future changes

We will not add analytics, advertising or any other non-essential cookies or similar technologies without first updating this policy and asking for your consent, through a clear choice that is as easy to refuse as to accept. Until then, there is nothing to consent to, which is why the site has no cookie banner.

When we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy or our use of cookies can go to [email protected]. For everything else about how we handle personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
