How keys work
A licence key is what lets you use our software. You get one when you buy, and it stays on your account.
Finding your key
Your keys are under Licenses in My Plasmatic. A key shows as X’s until you press the eye, and the copy button copies it without showing it.
What it’s locked to
The first time you activate a key, it locks to two things:
- Your Discord account. It won’t work on anyone else’s.
- Your PC. This is your HWID. To move to a new PC, change your HWID.
What the status means
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | Ready to use, but not activated in the software yet. |
| Active | Activated and working. |
| Days left | Working, and running out within 5 days. |
| Expired | Its time has run out. Buy more time to use it again. |
| Revoked | Taken away by staff, for example after a refund. |
Keep it to yourself
A key is for one person. Staff can revoke keys that are shared.
